Had a lovely two-night stay. Stefania at the front desk was pure magic and my king bed was so comfy, I almost missed my evening plans! Great views too!
But then I found the wifi charged me more than my fancy cocktail. Seriously, charging for internet? What's next, a fee for air?

The location was extremely convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and the room was spacious and clean with a stunning view of the Andes. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff was very accommodating, especially considering my very late arrival. Although I faced a hiccup with the dining experience and some miscommunication at breakfast, the overall service was professional and attentive.

i had a fantastic stay and was pleasantly surprised with the staff's friendliness and the excellent service. my previous visit to a different hotel in santiago didn’t meet my expectations, but this time marriott exceeded them with a beautiful walking tour nearby. the deluxe room was clean, cozy, and offered stunning views of the mountains.
the pool area lacked sunlight in the afternoon.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to shopping malls and a variety of restaurants. The lobby feels spacious and inviting. Front desk staff showed exceptional service. they greeted us warmly and helped us smoothly with check-in. The room was clean with a fantastic view of the Andes. Breakfast spread was decent, though I wished there were more fruit options. However, the facilities look a bit dated. The furniture felt old, and the bathroom needed updates. The gym could use some improvement too. The food quality at the Latin Grill wasn't up to par, with parts of my meal being cold and unappetizing. Service at the restaurant was professional, yet a bit lacking in warmth from the staff. A mixed bag of experiences overall.

missingWrote a review on Mar 02poor dining
Room layout felt stark and dated. it had just a bed and a small chair, hardly inviting for relaxation. The restaurant options limited, and the food quality stood out as subpar. meals arrived either lukewarm or overly cold, like they were hastily microwaved. While the breakfast buffet offered decent fare, it felt mismatched against the overall hotel experience.
